RESUMEN.
Los tramos de homocigosidad (ROH) han demostrado ser de utilidad como una medida molecular correlacionada a la coancestría y consanguinidad estimadas a partir del pedigrí. En este estudio se estudiaron ROH para las razas Corriedale y Merino del Uruguay. El FROH medio para Corriedale (0,0481) fue superior al presentado por Merino (0,0297). Las
longitudes promedio de los ROH fueron semejantes en ambas razas y sugieren consanguinidad de origen lejano. |
